At the time of registration, all students review and accept our Terms & Conditions. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we're happy to accommodate. You may reschedule your class once for a small fee; please contact us to arrange this.
Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made at least 7 days before the class date. However, instructor courses are non-refundable due to limited availability.
If you need to transfer your class, a $35 fee applies if the transfer request is made at least 3 days prior to the class, or if you had an emergency and couldn’t attend. Transfers are not allowed within 2 days of the class.
Please note that only one transfer per student is allowed, and once a transfer has been made, no refunds will be granted. No transfers or refunds will be issued once the class has started.
Registration will not be accepted in person.
Please note that LifeLine Response CPR follows local school closings and county government office/library guidelines for class cancellation The school district or county where the class is held will determine if the class is canceled. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration will be forfeited, and a new registration will be required. All cancellation and transfer fees will still apply.
